1st SEMESTER EXAM SCHEDULE

2016-2017 School Year

The first semester exams are scheduled for December 19, 20 and 21.

During these three days WCS High Schools will operate on a special “exam schedule”. Each exam day will be structured into 3 periods and a lunch. Students are required to attend all of their regularly scheduled exam classes.


Where: Blackhawk Golf Course
When: Friday, June 10, 2016
Cost: $70 per person ( includes food on the course and lunch afterwards)
Registration is limited to the first 116 golfers.
All participants must be 21 and older.
We will be selling Mulligan tickets and Skins games for all those who would like to enter as well as other raffles and door prizes.
Contests include: Longest putt, longest drive, and closest to the pin.

I'm pleased to share an exciting upcoming event for all North Warriors both past and present.

The Westerville North High School 40th Anniversary Event Team has announced plans to hold a celebration for charity in honor of the school’s 40th anniversary. The event, which will take place on Friday, April 22, 2016 from 6:30-10 p.m., will include dinner, a silent auction and speakers from different eras of North history.

Tickets to the event cost $20 and are all-inclusive. Dinner will be provided by various restaurants of the Westerville community.

The silent auction will be organized by the Westerville Adult Leadership Team. All proceeds from this event will be divided evenly and donated to three organizations: Community Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS), Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM) and American Legion Young-Budd Post 171.

Westerville North High School (WNHS) Principal Kurt Yancey announced today that Drew Buttermore has been selected as Head Coach of the Westerville North High School Boys Soccer Program pending Board Action.

Buttermore graduated from Westerville North High School in 1992 where he played sweeper and left back.  He continued his playing career at Ohio Northern University where he was a four year letterman and earned a degree in environmental science.  His coaching experiences include: 
Wasa Eagles Club Soccer Coach (1997-2011); and JV2 Soccer Coach @ WNHS (2011 - Present).


Westerville North High School (WNHS) Principal Kurt Yancey announced today that Scott Wetzel has been selected as Head Coach of the Westerville North High School Football Program pending Board Action.

Wetzel has a strong history of success in his two previous head coaching positions.  He has an overall record of 131 – 46 with 10 league titles and a state championship.  At Buckeye Valley, he took the program to the next level by winning 4 league titles which were the first titles in the school’s history.  At Big Walnut, he led the Eagles to 6 OCC titles, 6 playoff appearances, 2 final fours, and the 2007 State Championship.
