Student Clubs & Athletics 

Theatre: Applications for directing Senior One Act-plays are available on the Theatre Bulletin Board and are due on 1/22.

International Club: There is an International Club meeting today 1/18 after school in Ms. Michel's room 113 (not room 306). 

Basketball: There is a basketball doubleheader today 1/18 against Central starting at 6:00pm. Watch the game live or on demand on the Westerville North Sports Network, with a pregame show at 5:35pm. Go Warriors!

Winter Guard: There is a Winter Guard preview show on 1/20 at 1:00pm at WCHS. Admission is $5 and there will be a bake sale. Come out to support North performers!

Warrior Warehouse: Come get your Cardinal Crazy gear at the Warrior Warehouse, open during lunches. T-shirts are $12, necklaces are $1. 

Book Club: The books have arrived! Please stop by Mrs. Baumann's room (123) to pick up your copy of Going Postal by Terry Pratchett.

Pupil Services 

Construction Scholarship: Applicants must be enrolled in or entering a two-year or four-year college program and be in a construction-related field of study. Click here for more info!

SAT: The deadline to register for the SAT Prep Class at WNHS for Juniors, presented by the College Smiths, is 2/1. Click here for more info, and email Mr. Smith today -don't delay!

PM Assembly: We will be on a PM Assembly Schedule today 1/18 for the Winter Pep Assembly.

No School: There is no school on 1/21 in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 

Extended Advisory: We will be on an Extended Advisory Schedule on 1/23.

Options: There is an informational meeting on options after high school on 2/6 at 6:30pm in the WPAC for 10th and 11th grade parents to hear from colleges, trade reps and military reps. Feel free to come early to speak with the reps!

Academic Info Night: The Academic Info & Activities Fair is on 1/30 from 8:00-11:00pm. 

GEM: To nominate an adult in our school community who goes above and beyond in the lives of WNHS students, pick up Great Educator Mentor (GEM) Award nomination form from Mrs. DeSalle in the front office (due back 2/8). 

AP Award of Distinction: Seniors who have successfully completed 4 AP courses can apply for the AP Award of Distinction. See your AP teacher for an application (due back 1/25). 

Republican Scholarship: To apply for the Delaware County Republican Women's Club $1,000 Scholarship, email the Application by 3/15.

Warrior Way: Congratulations to Heather Myers for being named Warrior of the Month. Heather is a leader both on her classroom here at North and at her career center program at DACC. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is included. Cameron Castro was nominated by Mrs. Kloepfer who wrote, Camryn is always on time, on task, and participates fully in class. Sydney Salisbury, nominated by Mr. Lynch, excludes excellence in art especially painting and sculpture. She is also a leader of our yearbook team and is on track to becoming Westerville North's first student to graduate with excellence in visual arts.
