Student Clubs & Athletics 

Theatre: Applications for directing Senior One Act-plays are available on the Theatre Bulletin Board and are due on 1/22.

Interact Club: Today 1/15 is Day 2 of the Food Drive vs. Central. Bring non-perishable food items to the front lobby now with the items counted. The winning advisory will earn a hot chocolate bar. Lasts through Friday!

Boys Tennis: There is a Boys Tennis meeting today 1/15 after school in room 161 for all those interested in playing. 

Astronomy Club: There is an Astronomy Club meeting tomorrow 1/16 after school in room 238. Bring a treat to share for our rescheduled "winter" party as we discuss the upcoming lunar eclipse and the InSight Mars rover. 

Sci-Fi Club: There is a Sci-Fi Club on 1/17 at 2:15pm in room 240. 

Pupil Services 

Construction Scholarship: Applicants must be enrolled in or entering a two-year or four-year college program and be in a construction-related field of study. Click here for more info!

PM Assembly: We will be on a PM Assembly Schedule on 1/18 for the Winter Pep Assembly.

No School: There is no school on 1/21 in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 

Extended Advisory: We will be on an Extended Advisory Schedule on 1/23.

Options: There is an informational meeting on options after high school on 2/6 at 6:30pm in the WPAC for 10th and 11th grade parents to hear from colleges, trade reps and military reps. Feel free to come early to speak with the reps!

Academic Info Night: The Academic Info & Activities Fair is on 1/30 from 8:00-11:00pm. 

WFSI Summer Class: There is a meeting to discuss the Worthington Field Studies Inc. Summer Class tomorrow 1/16 at 7:00pm at Thomas Worthington room 176 that presents information on the 6/12-7/15 trip and material needed. 

GEM: To nominate an adult in our school community who goes above and beyond in the lives of WNHS students, pick up Great Educator Mentor (GEM) Award nomination form from Mrs. DeSalle in the front office (due back 2/8). 

AP Award of Distinction: Seniors who have successfully completed 4 AP courses can apply for the AP Award of Distinction. See your AP teacher for an application (due back 1/25). 

Republican Scholarship: To apply for the Delaware County Republican Women's Club $1,000 Scholarship, email the Application by 3/15.
