Spread the Word: Spread the Word to End the Word is on 3/6! See your advisory teacher, the front office, or Mrs. Brill in room 156 for an order form. Orders are due 2/7. Help support a great cause!
Scholarships: Construction Scholarship. Delaware Republican Women's $1K Scholarship Application (due 3/15). Delaware Foundation Scholarship (due 3/4). Stolly Insurance Scholarship (due 3/1). National Coalition of 100 Black Women Scholarship (due 2/22, applications in Pupil Services).
SAT: The deadline to register for the SAT Prep Class at WNHS for Juniors, presented by the College Smiths, is 2/1. Click here for more info, and email Mr. Smith today -don't delay!
Otterbein: Click Here to learn more about the 2019 Martin W. Essex School for the Gifted and Talented at Otterbein University from 6/16-6/22.
Options: There is an informational meeting on options after high school on 2/6 at 6:30pm in the WPAC for 10th and 11th grade parents to hear from colleges, trade reps and military reps. Feel free to come early to speak with the reps!
Academic Info Night: The Academic Info & Activities Fair is tomorrow 1/30 from 6:00-8:00pm.
AP Courses: Students interested in learning more about AP courses can attend the AP Fair tomorrow 1/29 at lunch in the Gallery. AP Courses are college-level classes taken in high school.
Shirts: Beta Rho Delta shirts are on sale to benefit the Westerville Education Foundation. Order forms are available in advisory, the front office, and Dr. Hartnell's room. Orders are due 1/31.
GEM: To nominate an adult in our school community who goes above and beyond in the lives of WNHS students, pick up Great Educator Mentor (GEM) Award nomination form from Mrs. DeSalle in the front office (due back 2/8).
Conferences: Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for 2/6 & 2/7 from 5:00-8:30pm. Click on the link above until 2/4 to sign up for a conference. There is no school on 2/8.
Journalism: Students who have taken Journalism 1 and are interested in Journalism 2, the newspaper production course, can pick up an application in Ms. Hines room (124). Get yours today!
Gap Year: Those interested in taking a gap year can attend USA Gap Fairs to learn about gap year options. Visit their Website for more info.
