GEM Nominations: Heads up! Do you know of a teacher/staff member, volunteer, or a community member who has made a significant difference in the lives of our North students by going the extra distance - "above and beyond"?  Now's the time to recognize that person for their efforts! The Annual GEM Nomination process will begin immediately after Winter Break. Consider nominating an individual for this prestigious honor by clicking here- the deadline for the formal nomination is February 6, 2014.  Let's recognize someone from this wonderful Westerville North community!

Seniors: Are you planning to attend college or a technical school after you graduate? If so, with a little effort you could receive scholarships to help lower your costs by applying for Westerville City School Community Scholarships.  There will be an informational parent/student meeting to explain the community scholarship process, as well as the financial aid process tonight at 7:00 p.m. in Westerville Central's Auditorium.  Faith Phillips, Financial Aid Director from OSU will be there to explain the financial aid process and to answer any questions.  Don't miss out on this very informative meeting.  The Community Scholarship Application and materials will be on the district website this week.  Please contact Mrs. Taylor if you have any questions about the Community Scholarships at taylorju@wcsoh.org.

Seniors - Yearbook: Senior pictures need to be submitted by the week of January 6th.  That is the deadline for guaranteed spacing.

Sushi: Sushi in the cafeteria? Yes, Westerville has partnered with FUSIAN, each casual sushi to bring a new and healthy option for dining at lunch.  Don't like sushi? Well, FUSIAN is here to provide a great experience for everyone offering a variety of rolls.  FUSIAN will serve chicken, shrimp, crab, and vegetarian rolls at $6.50 per roll, that's ten pieces.  Stop by, say hi, try a sample, and get your FUSIAN sushi roll every Thursday starting January 9th.

Yearbooks: 2012-2013 yearbooks are in!! You may pick yours up from Mrs. Celello (259A) during 7th and 8th period.
